Privacy policy
This policy explains what information may be processed when you browse the Automiq AI website, choose analytics, follow external links, book through Cal.com, or contact the company about software and AI engineering.
Effective 16 August 2026 · Analytics is opt-in · Do not send secrets or regulated data through public booking fields
Scope and controller
Automiq AI determines why website and enquiry information is used for the activities described here. Separate client contracts, product privacy notices, and third-party websites may apply to other services.
Use the contact page for privacy questions or requests. Do not include sensitive personal information until an appropriate secure route has been agreed.
ATZ CRM, Fieldified, LendControl, Cal.com, LinkedIn, review platforms, and other linked sites operate under their own current privacy terms. A link does not make Automiq the controller of another service.
Information and purposes
The information available depends on the action you take.
Name, professional contact details, organization, scheduling details, time zone, and the non-sensitive project context you submit may be used to evaluate fit, arrange communication, respond, prepare next steps, and prevent abuse.
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, error information, and related logs to deliver the site, diagnose failures, protect the service, and investigate misuse.
After consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process usage, device, interaction, and approximate-location signals to understand navigation and improve the site. Analytics remains disabled when you decline.
After separate consent, Tawk.to may process chat messages, device and connection information, and related storage needed to provide the chat widget. Do not share secrets or regulated data in chat.
Relevant communications may be retained for relationship management, proposal preparation, record keeping, dispute handling, security, and compliance with applicable obligations.
Depending on location and context, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or compliance with law.
Automiq does not sell personal information or use website enquiry data to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
Cookies, sharing, and transfers
Third-party availability and terms can change, so their current notices should also be reviewed.
The site stores separate analytics and live-chat choices in local storage. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Tawk.to load only after the relevant consent and may then use cookies or comparable technologies under their own policies. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer. Browser controls may also clear or block stored information.
Information may be processed by hosting and security providers, Cal.com for scheduling, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity after analytics consent, Tawk.to after chat consent, and professional advisers or contractors subject to an appropriate purpose and confidentiality obligation.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Automiq works internationally and service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards should be used according to the locations, provider, and engagement involved.
Retention, rights, and security
No internet service can promise absolute security, but access and retention should remain proportionate.
Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, record keeping, an active relationship, dispute periods, or applicable legal obligations.
Decline or revisit analytics consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or consent withdrawal, and may complain to an appropriate regulator.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are selected around the information, service, access, vendors, and foreseeable risk.
Additional information
The policy is reviewed when the website, vendors, or data practices materially change.
The website and engineering services are directed to business users and are not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact Automiq through the contact page.
Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective or review date. Continued browsing does not replace consent where consent is legally required.
Use the contact page and identify the request as a privacy matter. Automiq may need proportionate information to verify identity and scope before acting.
