These terms govern access to public Automiq AI pages, content, enquiry routes, and external links. A website visit, booking, or initial conversation does not create a client relationship or replace a signed services agreement.

Permitted use
You may browse, link to, and use the public content for legitimate evaluation of Automiq AI and its services, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Prohibited use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing, disruption, scraping that creates unreasonable load, malicious automation, impersonation, fraud, or transmission of malware.
- Do not use the site or its content to violate privacy, intellectual-property, employment, anti-discrimination, consumer-protection, export-control, sanctions, or other applicable obligations.
- Do not misrepresent Automiq relationships, case-study roles, review evidence, certifications, partnerships, availability, prices, or statements.
Business users
The website is directed to founders, companies, and professional users evaluating software and AI engineering. A person acting for an organization represents that they have authority for the actions they take on its behalf.
Content and evidence
Public material supports evaluation, not reliance without verification.
Technology, providers, laws, product features, pricing, availability, and external evidence can change.
Evidence boundaries
Owned products, founder experience, founding-engineer work, and conventional client work are distinct relationships. Product results or historical examples do not guarantee a new project outcome.
External services
Cal.com, LinkedIn, product sites, review platforms, research sources, and other links are operated by third parties under their own terms. Automiq does not control their availability, security, content, or data practices.
Intellectual property
Website ownership is separate from project ownership.
Published assets may include third-party names, marks, interfaces, or excerpts used with permission, attribution, licence, or another lawful basis.
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, original copy, diagrams, code, and Automiq AI branding are owned by or licensed to Automiq AI. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, remove attribution from, or create misleading derivative material from substantial parts of the site without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, or a conventional Automiq client relationship.
Ownership of client deliverables, background technology, open-source components, data, accounts, infrastructure, and licence obligations is defined only in a signed project agreement.
Enquiries and engagements
A call starts evaluation—not delivery obligations.
Do not send secrets, credentials, regulated data, confidential source code, or material you are not authorized to share through public forms.
No automatic engagement
A booking, message, proposal discussion, estimate, or draft scope does not create a services relationship until authorized parties execute the required agreement.
Confidentiality
Public enquiry routes are not a secure data room and do not create confidentiality obligations beyond applicable law. Discuss an NDA and secure transfer route before sharing sensitive material.
Commercial terms
Scope, acceptance, dependencies, timeline, investment, payment, taxes, expenses, third-party costs, warranties, liability, support, termination, and handover require project-specific terms.
Customer responsibility
Buyers remain responsible for lawful instructions, necessary rights, accurate domain information, decisions, approvals, data permissions, professional authority, and operating the deployed system as agreed.
Disclaimers and liability
The public website is provided without project-level guarantees.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and accuracy

Project agreements take priority over website terms.
The exact contracting entity, governing law, and forum must be identified in the applicable signed agreement rather than guessed on this website.
Changes
Automiq may update the site and these terms. Material revisions will be published here with an updated review date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Project priority
If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms on a project matter, the signed agreement governs that matter for the parties to it.
