One-Time Project Fees
Our Starter and Growth packages are one-time project fees — not monthly subscriptions. You pay once for the implementation work and own the resulting automation system. There are no recurring platform fees charged by Automiq AI.

What Affects the Final Price?
The packages listed represent starting prices. The final project cost depends on the number of workflows, the complexity of the integrations required, and the number of tools involved. A simple single-workflow lead automation setup will come in at the lower end. A multi-system integration with custom software will cost more.

No. Automiq AI charges a one-time project fee for implementation — not a monthly platform subscription. Some underlying tools used in your automation stack — such as Make, n8n, or OpenAI — may require their own monthly subscriptions. We will outline all of these costs during the discovery call. The total cost of ownership is always presented clearly before you commit.
› Will there be additional software costs I need to budget for?
Depending on your automation stack, you may need to pay for third-party tool subscriptions. For example, Make has a paid plan for higher automation volumes, and OpenAI charges per API call. We always advise on the most cost-effective tool selection and estimate monthly running costs during the scoping process. Most clients find the total monthly tool cost is well under $50–$100 per month for standard automation setups.
› Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied?
We stand behind every implementation we deliver. If the completed automation does not function as specified in the agreed scope, we will fix it at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds on completed project work — but we do guarantee that the delivered system will work as agreed before we consider the project closed. Post-launch support is included to ensure this.
